Hiring Process

Candidates interested in school leadership, teaching, administrative and support positions must follow the same process and begin by submitting an application online. Applications are reviewed regularly and shared with the appropriate campus or department. If we are interested in a candidate, the individual will be contacted by a Noble employee.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for teaching positions include:

  • Unwavering determination to see students achieve their dreams of college success;
  • For special education teachers or learning specialists, IL certification in special education is required. For all other teaching applicants, IL certification is preferred;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that adapts to students’ needs; and
  • A focus on results and a commitment to continually improving their practice.
