Mr. Bordenave joined the Noble team because he believes in high expectations both academically and behaviorally.  Noble schools educate scholars who are eager to learn and hungry to matter.

Shamera Totty – Dean of Students

Shamera Totty was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She attained her Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Central State University and a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Wright State University. She is currently completing a second Masters in Education from Liberty University. Ms. Totty has taught in urban education for the past five years in grades 2nd - 5th. In addition, she was Director of a summer reading camp. She has worked directly with administration teams on educational leadership, school culture/transformation, as well as operations.

Ms. Totty believes every student is able to learn, but it takes a special teacher to teach. As educators, it is our obligation to provide every student with the tools to grow and experience the highest realm of learning. As the late Marcus Gravey stated "liberate the minds of men and ultimately you will liberate the bodies of men."

She chose to work at Noble because their mission introduces youth to the power of their minds and their ability to impact community, country, and world.
